The staff WAS helpful. Sara was generous and supportive. Reuben, Myriam, and Abhisher were very kind and professional. They made both check-in and check-out smooth. I felt very welcomed. They always had smiles.

I always choose the hotel because I find comfort with the staff. MrRashed, the manager, and the assistance from Safi, Nazir and Sajed are very good. They always greet with smile and lend a hand without request. Breakfast at the restaurant was good.
Loud music from nearby nightclubs was audible in the room until late at night.

The reception staff were excellent in their work. the check-in and check-out were impressively fast. the hotel's location was convenient. the pool was a relaxing facility.
My experience with the concierge team was disappointing, especially with sajid. his behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. He seemed arrogant. sajid showed little interest in assisting guests. it was unacceptable to be met with rudeness.
